Return Or Exchange

 

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase.  If you just change your mind and want to cancel your order it must be before your order is packed to be mailed (within 24 hours or purchase is final) and you will get your refund minus the purchase fees that go to PayPal. (Must be within in the 14 days of purchase) If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange or a refund.  But please email us so we can do all we can to make it right ❤️



Exchange requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be in original packaging shears plus inserts and case if purchased that way.
  • Product must be in new condition(clean no hair and not used
  • Product must not be damaged
  • Accidents, drops or damage caused by  misuse will not be eligible 
  • If you purchase curved chunkers and they have to be returned for catching unfortunately will have to be mailed to our repair sharpener,most times then not this is due to improper grip or misuse. Curved chunkers can catch if not used properly.  We test every shear we mail and make sure each and every scissor is in perfect working order before mailing . We then will inspect repair and mail back to you in a timely fashion.  If we deem a manufacturer defect we will send you a brand new curved chunker



In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected by our Master Sharpener. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange and purchase is final.

We want you to love your purchase. So please send us an email and we will go from there.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale, flash sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. (sales items or if purchased with sale codes will not be accepted unless defective).Ambassador codes can not be refunded as that percentage went to that groomer . 

Shipping items


In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 2840 Valley View Norco Ca 92860. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. 


We will not refund the shipping costs. But we will cover the shipping cost for the new item being sent out to our customers.


If you are sending them in for sharpening, please send to the address on our sharpening page.


You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange or refunded.

All exchanges or refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Manufacture defect will not have to pay a restocking fee.
